Victorian Hand Engraved Signet Ring

A wonderfully substantial Victorian signet with more than a century of history written across its surface.

Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this impressive 16.8 gram ring is decorated with hand engraved flourishes along the shoulders that have softened beautifully with generations of wear. I especially love the time worn quality of the engraving. Some lines remain crisp while others have faded into the gold, giving the ring a character that simply can't be recreated.

The initials on the face were added later, likely in the early 20th century, becoming another chapter in the ring's long history. They could be removed by a skilled jeweler if desired, or left as part of the story.
