Shipping policy

Processing & Modifications

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
If your order requires modifications such as resizing or adjustments, please allow additional time for completion. Most modifications are completed within one week, though exact timing depends on our expert jeweler’s current order volume.

Shipping may be paused for approximately one week each month during travel periods.

U.S. Shipping Methods

We currently provide free insured U.S. shipping on all orders.

  • Orders under $1,000: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (insured).

  • Orders over $1,000: Shipped via USPS Priority Shipping (insured and signature required).

During the holiday season, customers may choose UPS 2-Day Insured Shipping at checkout for faster delivery. UPS 2-Day typically delivers within two business days after dispatch, though carrier delays may occur due to volume or weather.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome and ship via UPS.

  • Canada: Flat-rate $30 USD shipping via UPS.

  • All other countries: Flat-rate $75 USD shipping via UPS.

All international shipments are insured and include full tracking.

Please note that any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by the destination’s customs authority and will be billed directly to the purchaser by the carrier upon arrival.

Golden Light Gems is not responsible for any additional import-related costs, and refunds or returns will not be issued due to unpaid duties, taxes, or tariffs.

Delivery Times

Domestic U.S. shipping generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International shipping time frames vary by destination and customs clearance.
Golden Light Gems is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Golden Light Gems is not liable for loss or theft. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
