By accessing or purchasing from goldenlightgems.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Products
Each item is photographed and described as accurately as possible. Many pieces are vintage or one of a kind and may show natural signs of age or wear. Any notable condition issues will be disclosed in the item description.
Because vintage and handmade items may have unique characteristics, slight variations may be present.

Orders & Payments
Payment is due at checkout unless layaway terms have been arranged in writing.
Golden Light Gems reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order due to payment, inventory, pricing, or fulfillment issues. If a paid order is canceled by Golden Light Gems, the amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.
Layaway
Golden Light Gems offers flexible layaway options on select pieces. Please email hello@goldenlightgems.com to discuss availability and terms for the piece you are interested in.
Once layaway terms are agreed upon:
- You will receive a biweekly payment schedule. Payments must be made according to the agreed upon schedule.
- All layaway payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- A layaway will be considered abandoned after two missed payments without communication. Any payments already made will not be refunded or transferred to another purchase.
Returns
All sales are final.
If an item arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact orders@goldenlightgems.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Golden Light Gems. Golden Light Gems is not responsible for carrier delays or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and original designs, is owned by or licensed to Golden Light Gems and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Light Gems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of this website.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or purchases made through goldenlightgems.com shall be resolved in Multnomah County, Oregon, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
